Qatar National Research Fund
Founded in 2006 as part of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, QNRF is the primary research funding component for the State of Qatar. In the first cycle of funding for QNRF's Naional Priorities Research Program, Texas A&M at Qatar was given 20 awards totalling $12 million USD for research projects. QNRF's fourth cycle of the Undergraduate Research Experience Program awarded over $120,000 USD to 26 undergradautes at Texas A&M at Qatar.

Qatar Science & Technology Park
QSTP, also a member of Qatar Foundation, was created to bring research and business together. QSTP is home to international technology companies and has a start-up enterprise incubator program. Along with EADS, ExxonMobil, GE, Microsoft, Shell and Total, Texas A&M at Qatar is proud to support QSTP and work collboratively to bring the research of our faculty and students to the booming industries of Qatar and the region.
